Too Excited to Sleep! Is a children's picture book written by Tammy Christian and illustrated by Jiya Daim. The story is about Jack, a little mouse who is always eager to play with his school friends and gets excited whenever it is nap time. He finds it difficult to sleep, which worries his teacher, Mrs. Peacock. She advises him to rest as it will make him healthy and strong. Unfortunately, Jack still struggles to fall asleep, which leads Mrs. Peacock to let him stay awake and play quietly.
I bought 2 of this book as gifts for my grand-daughters. This book is so cute and the message is very good for little kids. The illustrations are fun and there are lots of elements on each page that will be great conversation starters and great for language development. This is a great quality book!
This book will make an excellent Christmas gift for any small child. My granddaughter loved it!!!!
